Infinity Keepsakes – Our Year
2023 is almost finished, and the fantastic team at Infinity Keepsakes are very busy, either on the sewing machines, or hand-sewing keepsake gifts, ready to send out for Christmas orders. We have been thinking about the past year, and looking ahead to 2024.
What Have We Been Up To?
Over the past 12 months, we have been hard at work, producing keepsake gifts, memory bears, keepsake animals, memory cushions, memory quilts, memory blankets, wedding keepsakes and christening gowns, made out of our customers’ cherished clothing.
We have loved creating unique memory gifts – whether for people wishing to turn clothes from a loved one who has sadly passed away, into memorial items to display and remember them by, or simply to create memories of specific events such as leaving school, graduating university, retirement, a football team getting promoted or similar.
One of our favourite things to do, is to make wedding memory gifts from wedding dresses, repurposing them into christening gowns, wedding bears or wedding cushions etc. We have been fortunate to have completed several of these, and it is always a pleasure to receive photo’s of babies wearing the completed pieces.
New Staff
Two new, but experienced sewers, Hannah and Pat, have joined out team, to assist in the production of our handmade gift.
Hannah is now working alongside Vicky on the machine sewing side of the business, and Pat, an amazing hand-sewer, is helping us get all of the stunning keepsake and memory gifts ready to post off in plenty of time for Christmas Day.
We are delighted to have them on board, and they are already valued members of the Infinity Keepsakes team.
Sponsorship/Charity
During 2023, we have worked alongside Elburton Primary School, and have become a sponsor. We have donated some keepsake gifts for raffles or for sale, with any proceeds being given to their chosen charity.
In 2024, we will be looking at other schools to sponsor.
Future Plans
The Infinity Keepsakes team are very excited at the prospect of moving to new premises in January 2024. This will give us even more space to make our creations.
In 2023, we introduced a couple of new products, including the Bereavement Memory Bear, and we will be putting our brains to good use, to try and think of some new additions over the course of the next 12 months.
Our overall plan is to continue helping people to remember loved ones and to create beautiful memories from events, that can be cherished for years to come. Many customers send us photo’s of their memory or keepsake gifts in their homes, and we have received numerous, wonderful reviews about our products, for which we are truly grateful. It is always lovely to hear that our work has made people happy and brought joy or comfort to their lives.
Contact Us
The final date for ordering hand-sewn products in time for Christmas has now passed. However, you can still order Christmas Stockings, Baubles, Memory Boxes, Christmas Eve Boxes, Gift Sets and Gift Vouchers up until 19th December 2023.
If you wish to place an order for any of our products made from clothing, you can still order them online, and/or send us clothing. However, they will not be processed until 3rd January 2024.
We will be closing for Christmas between 22nd December 2023 and 2nd January 2024 incl. Should you wish to place an order between these times, or have a query, you are welcome to order online or complete our contact form on the website, and we will get back to you on our return in the new year.
