    Our Christmas delivery is now closed, and we’re unable to accept any more orders for the festive season. However, we are now taking orders for January. You can still order online and send your clothing to us, and we’ll begin creating your keepsakes as soon as we return from the Christmas break on 3rd January. Turnaround times will be 3-4 weeks from this date.

Description

Made with cosy, soft and snuggly polar fleece, our Fleece Memory Blanket is guaranteed to be loved and cherished!

Crafted by hand using your prized baby clothes, special adult clothing or fabrics with great sentimental value, a keepsake blanket is a perfect way to breathe new life into treasured items and create something that will keep your memories alive forever.

Whether you’ve got a pile of old football shirts, a bundle of baby grows, lots of band t-shirts or some special fabrics you’d like us to upcycle and transform, we’re able to create a completely unique keepsake gift that’s sure to have a special place in your heart. To allow us to create your special blanket, simply select your desired size and your polar fleece colour, then post your clothes to us and let our team design and create it for you!

Our Fleece Memory Blanket comes in four different sizes to suit a wide range of uses. All sizes are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the clothes that are used.

  • Standard: 95cm x 110cm (30 squares)
  • Single: 110cm x 170cm (60 squares)
  • Double: 170cm x 170cm (100 squares)
  • King Size: 170cm x 200cm (120 squares)

To create your memory blanket simply select your size, your border and backing colour and add your optional personalisation. We offer a range of different shades of polar fleece backing, so they’ll pair beautifully with all kinds of plain or patterned clothing items. We are able to use different colour borders and backing, please contact us directly for more information on availability and pricing.

Whether you require a blanket smaller than our standard size, you’d prefer a square shape or need a larger size for a king-bed size, we are more than happy to help you!

Please note, our memory blankets can be machine washed at 30 degrees, however, we highly recommend hand washing them in warm water and leaving them to dry on an airer or washing line.

What Clothing Should I Send?

The keepsake blanket can be made from a range of clothing, all stretch fabrics and thin fabrics will be lined, to ensure your quilt keeps it shape. We try our hardest to use items with images on however, this is not always possible. If you have special requests, or would like certain parts of clothing used/ not used please add a note to your order. If for any reason we believe we can’t do what is requested we will contact you before making.

Baby Clothes: If you are sending baby clothes we will use both sides of the grow this includes poppers and items with plain backs, if you wish for no plain coloured squares, please send additional items and write a note of this on your order. We are unable to use swimwear and plastic fabrics. We will sometimes make larger squares to accommodate the detail on the clothing.

Adult clothes: For adult clothing, we will sometimes do a range of larger and smaller squares to incorporate images and button details on shirts. We are able to incorporate ties and small items on the quilts and we try to use any t-shirts or shirts with details such as pockets or emblems.

Standard size:  We recommend at least 15 baby clothes or a minimum of 6 large adult items.

Single size: we recommend at least 30 baby clothes or a minimum of 10 large adult items.

Double size:  we recommend at least 50 baby clothes or a minimum of 15 large adult items.

King Size:  we recommend at least 60 baby clothes or a minimum of 18 large adult items.

How to get your clothes to us? After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with instructions of what to do next.

Timescale, Delivery & Returns

Our standard turnaround time is up to 4 weeks of receipt of clothing.

Would you like it sooner? Choose our Express option and receive your keepsake within 2 weeks of receipt of clothing. 

Need it sooner than 2 weeks? If your order is urgent and you need it sooner than 2 weeks please contact us by phone or message.

If you have a special date that your keepsake is required please make a note of this with your order.

Returns

We can not accept returns on personalised products. If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Please read our FAQ’s page for further details.

How Does It Work?

Choose your clothes: Choose your favourite items of clothing that you would like your keepsake to be made from.

Choose your keepsake: We have a forever growing range of keepsakes to choose from. Choose your keepsake and add on any optional extras.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an confirmation email with a little bit of information on of what to do next.

Post them to us: we recommend packing your clothes securely in a postal bag with your PDF order form or your name and order number and sending them to our address VIA royal mail signed or tracked.  If you have any clothing requests simply write this in with your order.

We create: When we have received your clothes you will be updated with 24 hours by email. Our talented team will delicately create your chosen keepsake.

You receive: When your order is complete we will post it back to you.
