    Our Christmas delivery is now closed, and we’re unable to accept any more orders for the festive season. However, we are now taking orders for January. You can still order online and send your clothing to us, and we’ll begin creating your keepsakes as soon as we return from the Christmas break on 3rd January. Turnaround times will be 3-4 weeks from this date.

Description

Our Voice Recorder Memory Bear is truly a timeless keepsake for all ages.

The voice recorder bear is made using your sentimental clothing or other fabrics. Our keepsake bears are a magical way to keep a loved one close, celebrate the birth of a new baby, or to treasure other meaningful items. Whether you’ve got a bundle of baby clothes, adult clothes or football shirts you would like us to transform, we can use a single item of adult clothing or several items of baby clothes to create memory bears.

Voice recorders can easily be removed and inserted, as this Keepsake Bear comes with a fastening at the back. It can record up to 20 seconds of sound, and is 1.5 inches x 1 inch in size – the perfect memory bear for capturing a pre-recorded message from a loved one, a baby’s heartbeat or recording your own voice to send a message.

You can also personalise your Voice Recorder Memory Bear’s paws, or add an embroidered heart that ties around the bear’s neck. To enhance your bear further, choose from our range of adorable accessories, including:

  • Scarf: This can be made from one of your items of clothing, or alternatively from our own fleece fabric.
  • Tutu: We use our own netting and ribbon to create your tutu.
  • Tie: We use one of your ties and re-size it to fit the bear.
  • Jumper: A removable jumper created for your bear from your chosen clothing item.
  • Waistcoat: We use your clothes (usually a jumper) to create a waistcoat on the bear. We will try and use any buttons or detail your clothing has. Please note – our waistcoats are sewn into the bear and are not removable.
  • Flat cap: We use your own flat cap and re-size it to fit the memory bear. Please note we can’t re-size normal caps or hard hats.

We can create your Voice Recorder Memory Bear from almost any item of material (not just clothes!)  – so if you have a duvet cover, pillow case, scarf, or even ties that you would like us to use, we can help. Please note – certain fabrics do not work very well.  Eg. PVC coats, leather or extremely thick knitwear.

WARNING – This is not a toy and is not CE registered. Therefore, it cannot be given to children under the age of 14 years.

What Clothing Should I Send?

We can use a range of different clothing, if your clothes are stretchy fabrics we will use non stretch lining to ensure your keepsake keeps its shape. We try our hardest to use items with images on however, this is not always possible. Some items of clothing that can’t be used are swimwear, plastic coats shoes and really thick knitwear… please contact us before ordering if you’re unsure.

Special requests: If you have special requests, or would like certain parts of clothing used/ not used please add a note to your order. If for any reason we believe we can’t do what is requested we will contact you before making. For more complex requests we may need to contact you for additional payments.

Standard size: For our standard size we require at least 5 baby clothes or a minimum of 1 large adult item.

Large size: For our large size we require at least 9 baby clothes or a minimum of 2 large adult items.

How to get your clothes to us? After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with instructions of what to do next.

Timescale, Delivery & Returns

Our standard turnaround time is up to 4 weeks of receipt of clothing.

Would you like it sooner? Choose our Express option and receive your keepsake within 2 weeks of receipt of clothing. 

Need it sooner than 2 weeks? If your order is urgent and you need it sooner than 2 weeks please contact us by phone or message.

If you have a special date that your keepsake is required please make a note of this with your order.

If multiple products are ordered delivery will be charged at the highest value. There is no extra charge for additional items.

Returns

We can not accept returns on personalised products. If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Please read our FAQ’s page for further details.

How Does It Work?

Choose your clothes: Choose your favourite items of clothing that you would like your keepsake to be made from.

Choose your keepsake: We have a forever growing range of keepsakes to choose from. Choose your keepsake and add on any optional extras.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an confirmation email with a little bit of information on of what to do next.

Post them to us: we recommend packing your clothes securely in a postal bag with your PDF order form or your name and order number and sending them to our address VIA royal mail signed or tracked.  If you have any clothing requests simply write this in with your order.

We create: When we have received your clothes you will be updated with 24 hours by email. Our talented team will delicately create your chosen keepsake.

You receive: When your order is complete we will post it back to you.
