Crafted with precision and care, each blanket is lovingly made using your own clothing pieces.
The border and backing of the blanket are expertly finished with our soft snuggly fleece fabric, available in a range of colours such as cream, lilac, baby pink, baby blue, grey, or red. If you have a specific colour preference in mind, feel free to reach out to us, and we can discuss availability and pricing for your custom creation.
When creating the t-shirt blanket, we take special care to ensure that the most meaningful parts of your shirts are incorporated into the design. Our larger square cutting style allows us to capture the essence of each shirt, whether they feature large logos or smaller designs. By mixing and matching larger and smaller squares, we can create a beautiful patchwork effect that truly showcases the unique details of your beloved t-shirts.
- Standard: 95cm x 110cm – we require a minimum of 7 tops
- Single: 110cm x 170cm – We require a minimum of 12 tops
- Double: 170cm x 170cm – We require a minimum of 20 tops
- King Size: 170cm x 200cm – we require a minimum of 25 tops
If the logos on your t-shirts are smaller or located just on the chest, you are welcome to send more pieces than the minimum amount required. However, if you would like to include logos from the back of a top, please consider this as 2 pieces, as we will use 2 larger squares from that specific top. This ensures that all the important and sentimental parts of your t-shirts are featured prominently in the design of your memory blanket.
To get started on creating your unique t-shirt blanket, simply choose your preferred size and select the colour option for the border and backing. Then, send us the clothes you’d like to have included in your blanket. If you have any special requests, you are welcome to handwrite notes inside the parcel when posting it to us. Don’t hesitate to get in contact if you would prefer a different size blanket than mentioned above or if you need help deciding the perfect size.
Please note, our t-shirt blankets can be machine washed at 30 degrees, however, we highly recommend hand washing them in warm water and leaving them to dry on an airer or washing line.
