      Our Christmas delivery is now closed, and we’re unable to accept any more orders for the festive season. However, we are now taking orders for January. You can still order online and send your clothing to us, and we’ll begin creating your keepsakes as soon as we return from the Christmas break on 3rd January. Turnaround times will be 3-4 weeks from this date.

    Description

    Our Photo Memory Cushion is the perfect way to display your favourite clothes with a meaningful photo. Whether you have a bundle of baby grows, pet blankets or you would like a photo cushion to remember a loved one, our keepsake photo cushion will sure bring back a lot of happy memories!

    The photo memory cushion is made in a patchwork style using your clothing, with one large photo in the right-hand corner. The memory cushions are finished off using our own cuddly fleece fabric for the border and the backing. We create an envelope-style back on the cushion for easy insertion and removal of the inner pad.

    • Size: 40cm x 40cm (approximately)

    To create your photo memory cushion, simply choose your border and backing colour and optionally add personalisation. We offer six fleece colour options, soft cream, pale pink, pale blue, lilac, red and charcoal grey.

    Please note, our photo cushions are hand-wash only.  We highly recommend removing the inner cushion and hand washing them in warm water and leaving them to dry on an airer or washing line.

    What Clothing Should I Send?

    The fleece cushion can be made from a range of clothing, all stretch fabrics and thin fabrics will be lined, to ensure your cushion keeps it shape. If you have special requests, or would like certain parts of clothing used please add a note to your order. If for any reason we believe we can’t do what is requested we will contact you before making.

    Baby Clothes: If you are sending baby clothes we will use both sides of the grow this can include poppers and items with plain backs, if you wish for no plain coloured squares, please send additional items and write a note of this on your order. We are unable to use swimwear and plastic fabrics. We will sometimes make larger squares to accommodate the detail on the clothing.

    Adult clothes: For adult clothing, we will sometimes do a range of larger and smaller squares to incorporate images and button details. We are able to incorporate ties and small items on the cushions and we try to use any t-shirts or shirts with details such as pockets or emblems.

    Standard size:  We recommend a minimum of 2 items of clothing.

    How to get your clothes to us? After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with instructions of what to do next.

    Timescale, Delivery & Returns

    Our standard turnaround time is up to 4 weeks of receipt of clothing.

    Would you like it sooner? Choose our Express option and receive your keepsake within 2 weeks of receipt of clothing. 

    Need it sooner than 2 weeks? If your order is urgent and you need it sooner than 2 weeks please contact us by phone or message.

    If you have a special date that your keepsake is required please make a note of this with your order.

    If multiple products are ordered delivery will be charged at the highest value. There is no extra charge for additional items.

    Returns

    We can not accept returns on personalised products. If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Please read our FAQ’s page for further details.

    How Does It Work?

    Choose your clothes: Choose your favourite items of clothing that you would like your keepsake to be made from.

    Choose your keepsake: We have a forever growing range of keepsakes to choose from. Choose your keepsake and add on any optional extras.

    Once your order has been placed, you will receive an confirmation email with a little bit of information on of what to do next.

    Post them to us: we recommend packing your clothes securely in a postal bag with your PDF order form or your name and order number and sending them to our address VIA royal mail signed or tracked.  If you have any clothing requests simply write this in with your order.

    We create: When we have received your clothes you will be updated with 24 hours by email. Our talented team will delicately create your chosen keepsake.

    You receive: When your order is complete we will post it back to you.
