Description

Our squeaking keepsake mouse teddy is a lovely way to cherish those beloved items of clothing that you can’t bear to part with.

The keepsake mouse can be made from your most sentimental items, whether you have a bundle of baby clothes, adult clothes or even a blanket. They make wonderful gifts to display and will be loved by both adults and children.

Our keepsake Mouse memory gift comes as standard, using our own white felt for the whiskers and a felt nose in a similar colour to your clothes. They are available in two sizes; all sizes are approximate and can vary slightly depending on the fabrics –

  • Standard size: 11inches
  • Large size: 13 inches

You can choose to have your mouse teddy personalised with up to 45 letters. The personalisation is done on our cuddly fleece fabric and will be displayed on the mouse’s feet. You can additionally enhance your mouse teddy further by adding a personalised heart message; they are tied around the neck of the keepsake and look amazing!

You can also choose accessories for your keepsake mouse: a tutu which is made from our own netting fabric or a scarf that can be made from one of your scarfs, or we can use our own fleece.

WARNING – This is not a toy and is not CE registered. Therefore, it cannot be given to children under the age of 14 years.

What Clothing Should I Send?

We can use a range of different clothing, if your clothes are stretchy fabrics we will use non stretch lining to ensure your keepsake keeps its shape. We try our hardest to use items with images on however, this is not always possible. Some items of clothing that can’t be used are swimwear, plastic coats shoes and really thick knitwear… please contact us before ordering if you’re unsure.

Special requests: If you have special requests, or would like certain parts of clothing used/ not used please add a note to your order. If for any reason we believe we can’t do what is requested we will contact you before making. For more complex requests we may need to contact you for additional payments.

Standard size: For our standard size we require at least 5 baby clothes or a minimum of 1 large adult item.

Large size: For our large size we require at least 9 baby clothes or a minimum of 2 large adult items.

How to get your clothes to us? After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with instructions of what to do next.

Timescale, Delivery & Returns

Our standard turnaround time is up to 4 weeks of receipt of clothing.

Would you like it sooner? Choose our Express option and receive your keepsake within 2 weeks of receipt of clothing. 

Need it sooner than 2 weeks? If your order is urgent and you need it sooner than 2 weeks please contact us by phone or message.

If you have a special date that your keepsake is required please make a note of this with your order.

If multiple products are ordered delivery will be charged at the highest value. There is no extra charge for additional items.

Returns

We can not accept returns on personalised products. If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Please read our FAQ’s page for further details.

How Does It Work?

Choose your clothes: Choose your favourite items of clothing that you would like your keepsake to be made from.

Choose your keepsake: We have a forever growing range of keepsakes to choose from. Choose your keepsake and add on any optional extras.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an confirmation email with a little bit of information on of what to do next.

Post them to us: we recommend packing your clothes securely in a postal bag with your PDF order form or your name and order number and sending them to our address VIA royal mail signed or tracked.  If you have any clothing requests simply write this in with your order.

We create: When we have received your clothes you will be updated with 24 hours by email. Our talented team will delicately create your chosen keepsake.

You receive: When your order is complete we will post it back to you.
