Christmas is one of our busiest times of the year at Infinity Keepsakes, and because every keepsake is individually handmade with care, we close our Christmas order books a little earlier than you may expect.
We are now taking Christmas 2026 orders, so if you’re hoping to have a special keepsake made in time for Christmas, here are all the important dates you’ll need to know.
Christmas order dates 2026
Standard Keepsakes – Last Order Date: 15th November
For our standard turnaround service, please place your order by 15th November 2026.
Your clothing must arrive with us no later than 20th November 2026 to guarantee completion in time for Christmas.
Express Keepsakes – Last Order Date: 1st December
Our 2-week Express service will be available for Christmas orders placed up to 1st December 2026, subject to availability.
Your clothing must arrive with us no later than 8th December 2026 to guarantee completion in time for Christmas.
Gifts & Vouchers – Last Order Date: 19th December
For our ready-made gifts and gift vouchers, please place your order by 19th December 2026 for Christmas delivery.
Sending your clothing to us
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with our address and instructions on how to package and send your clothing to us.
To guarantee your keepsake is completed in time for Christmas, please make sure your clothing reaches us by the dates above.
We recommend using a tracked postal service when sending sentimental or irreplaceable clothing to us.
Orders placed after the Christmas dates
We are still taking orders after our cut off date and you can still send your clothing/ fabric items to us. Your clothing will be kept safely with us and your keepsake will be started in the New Year once our workshop reopens after our Christmas break. The turnaround times will begin from the 4th January.
Christmas & new year workshop closure
Our family run workshop will be closed for our Christmas break from 21st December 2026 until 4th January 2027.
During this time, our workshop will be completely closed, so we kindly ask that you do not send any clothing or parcels to us during these dates, as there will be nobody available to receive them.
You can still place an order through our website during the Christmas break – simply keep your clothing safe at home and send it to us once we reopen.
We’ll be back in the workshop from 4th January 2027, ready to start creating your special keepsakes for the New Year.
