Our gift voucher box set – animal selection is the perfect choice If you have been looking at our wonderful keepsakes and are thinking of giving one as a present but are unsure of what keepsake animal to choose, or are unable to get hold of the clothes.
The Gift voucher set can be sent to yourself or the recipient; simply choose the preferred delivery address at the checkout.
You will receive a lovely gift box, inside will be a Keepsake Selection Form which will enable the recipient to choose which animal they would prefer. There will also be a bit of information about the keepsakes, an order form, a labelled postal bag and a gift voucher. Everything that is needed to create a memory keepsake from their favourite item of clothing.
Once the recipient has chosen their preferred keepsake, they simply send the clothing to us using the postal bag provided and we will create the keepsake. Our current turnaround times are up to 4 weeks from the date we get the clothing. When the keepsake is completed, we will post it back to them.
The animals included in the gift voucher set are the Keepsake dog, Bunny, Monkey, Lion, Elephant, cat, dragon and Owl.
Alternatively, we sell gift vouchers that can be bought in multiple price ranges. These can be used throughout our website on all of our products.
WARNING – Please note all of our keepsake animals are not a toys and are not CE registered, they cannot be given to children under the age of 14 years and are for keepsake purposes only.Â

Our personalised gifts lead time is up to 7 working days.
Gift Vouchers & Gift sets will be sent within 2 working days by royal mail 1st class delivery.

Delivery
If multiple products are ordered delivery will be charged at the highest value. There is no extra charge for additional items.
If multiple products are ordered with different lead times/ turn-around times, they may be sent together at the latest date, unless requested differently.

We cannot accept returns on personalised products. If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Please read our FAQ’s page for further details.

How Does It Work?
Gift your Gift set:Â Order your gift set. We will post it to you within 5 working days. You give the gift set box as a gift to a special friend or family member (or we can post it directly to them).
They will Choose their clothes:Â They choose their favourite items of clothing that they want to use.
Post them to us:Â The gift set includes a postal bag and address to pack everything into and post the clothing to us. We recommend sending them to our address VIA royal mail signed for or tracked.
We create:Â When we have received the clothes our talented team will delicately create the chosen keepsake.
They receive:Â When the keepsake is completed we will post it back to them.
